Bob Morgan
Guitar, Vocals

One of the founders of Midnite Blue, Bob likes to stretch the jam to the limit with a “Jerry”-esque approach to his guitar playing.

Joe Hugo
Drums, Percussion

Also one of the remaining originial cast members, Joey has had a verstaile role in the band. From guitar to bass and now on to the drums, Joe has played a big part in the band’s longevity.

Mike Sarcinello
Guitar, Vocals

Mike joined the band about a week back (sorry, inside joke). Mike was a great addition to Midnite Blue, bringing an ability to find a phrasing that fits the jam like a glove.
 

Jennifer Rodgers
Vocals, Percussion

Jen was a late addition to Midnite Blue, arriving in 2000. She has written many of the recent lyrics for their original music and has a soulful vocal style that has added to the band’s appeal.

Dave Schimpf
Bass Guitar

Dave is the jam, jazzy, funk master that anyone can appreciate. He has added a groove that helps keep the project (and the crowd) movin’.

It's been a fun ride for Midnite Blue. The band was formed in Broomall, PA in 1989. Since then, Midnite Blue has grown and developed a chemistry that is undeniably strong... Something we fondly refer to as... "Oogontz".

Our influences are many and span all decades present and past. We love introducing original music as well as covering some classics with our own improvisational interpretation thrown in. The root of Midnite Blue’s music lies in the jam-band genre, however we’ve been known to play anything from bluegrass to rock to country and everything in between, so you never know what you’re going to get.
